Congratulations on your pregnancy. My name is Kerry and I am a mum to 4 rugby mad boys. I believe that as a midwife my role is to inform and empower women and their families so that they experience a safe and positive pregnancy and birth. My ultimate goal is a well mum and a well baby. I have worked in and out of the hospital system for the last 15 years in mental health, child development and now work as a community midwife. I work with women throughout the Hutt Valley (From Upper Hutt through to Petone, including Wainui). I work in a group of 5 midwives. We do not have a pager system so when you ring you will be talking to a registered midwife. I am available to do home visits or can see women at our clinic.
